Officer – Marketing Middle Department (Code: OFF – MMD)

Responsibilities:
To check the completeness of customer documents (Account Opening / Alteration)
To contact customer for update customer data by phone
To process report related to KYC principle
Prepare and report the incomplete documents
Prepare customer risk rating periodic review

Requirements:
Graduated from reputable university majoring in Law, Banking, Finance, with GPA minimum 3.25
Has experience as Customer Service / back officer
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Good personality, communication and interpersonal skill, responsible and be able to work under pressure
Having good communication skill, hard worker , multitasking, can work fast
